The wealth of skills and knowledge gained throughout his career has enabled him to develop a unique style of cooking. Focusing on fusions of French and British cuisine, with additions of more exotic flavors in order to enhance his dishes. Matthew is passionate about sourcing local, ethically grown and organic produce to create an exciting variety of meals.
Based in the Cotswolds, Matthew provides a bespoke catering service for both intimate dinner parties, shoot lunches to larger scale events and weddings. Regular meals-on-wheels freezer service can be arranged locally. Additionally there is potential to travel further afield for short term holiday catering. With an in-depth awareness of multiple allergens and dietary requirements, his food can easily be tailored to suit.
